These terms apply to Came To Stays, a stays marketplace operated by Ghooomle.
We list verified properties and take bookings for them. The stay itself is provided by the property; your accommodation contract is with the property, and ours is to make the booking correctly and help when something goes wrong.
You must be 18 or over. A booking is confirmed when you receive a booking reference. Prices are per night in Indian Rupees with taxes itemised. Guests may be asked for photo identification at check-in, as Indian law requires.
Most bookings are pay at the hotel. Where advance payment is offered it is taken through a licensed payment provider; we never see or store card or UPI credentials.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
