A confirmed booking can be cancelled free of charge at any time before the day of check-in, from the Your trips page. The rooms return to the hotel's availability immediately. On the day of check-in and afterwards, a booking can no longer be cancelled online.
Most bookings are pay at the hotel — nothing is charged when you book, so a cancellation leaves nothing to refund. Where a booking was paid in advance, a cancellation before the day of check-in is refunded in full, including taxes and fees, and initiated within 2 working days. We do not retain a cancellation fee.
You are entitled to a full refund of everything paid, whether or not the day of check-in has passed.
