Came To Stays is Ghooomle's stays marketplace — hotels, villas, resorts and banquet halls across India, each personally verified by our team before it appears on the site.
Every property submits its registration, licence, ownership and tax documents, which our operations team reviews one by one. The owner then records a live video walkthrough from inside the property, with the recording device's location checked against the address on file. A listing goes live only after both pass. It is slower than taking a listing on trust, and it is the reason we can say a property is real.
Most stays are pay at the hotel: nothing is charged when you book, and you settle with the property at check-in. Prices are shown per night in Indian Rupees, with taxes and fees itemised before you confirm.
A confirmed booking can be cancelled free of charge at any time before the day of check-in, from the Your trips page. There is no cancellation fee.
Owners and managers of hotels, villas, resorts and banquet halls can apply through the partner portal. Verification takes 24 to 48 hours once documents and the video walkthrough are in.
